Comelec: Certification entity said it reviewed version 3.5 of ACM software

Comelec version 3.5 ACM Eleksyon 2025

The international certification entity Pro V&V has said that it reviewed and subjected to the final trusted build version 3.5–not version 3.4– of the automated counting machine software used in Eleksyon 2025, the Commission on Elections has said.

In a statement, the Comelec said Pro V&V confirmed that there was no mismatch with the ACM’s software version and what was stated in the Audit Report.

Pro V&V also said that they have conducted a source code review, and that the “Final Source Code Review Report” on April 30 was outdated as it did not include changes submitted by Miru Systems on March 28.

The Final Trusted Build had finalized the review by March 29, 9 a.m. PHT in Huntsville, Alabama.

Pro V&V has promised to submit a revised Final Source Code Review Report to lay doubts on the system to rest and clarified that the only difference of the new report from the outdated report would be the file name, version number, and hash code. –NB, GMA Integrated News
