PSU-Urdaneta grad tops architects licensure exam; 78 pass SPLE
A graduate of Pangasinan State University-Urdaneta achieved the highest score in the June 2025 architects licensure examination, the Professional Regulation Commission said.
In a statement, the PRC said that 1,352 out of 2,075 test takers passed the licensure examination for architects given by the Board of Architecture at test centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on June 11 and 13, 2025.
King Nixon Castro Mabanta of PSU-Urdaneta achieved the highest score with 88.10%, while the top performing school with at least 50 examinees is Mapua University-Manila, with 62 of its 63 test takers passing.

Meanwhile, 78 out of 158 test takers passed the special professional licensure examination for architects held earlier this month.
According to the Professional Regulation Commission, the exam was given by the Board of Architecture at test centers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain; Salmiya, Kuwait; and Singapore.
