Spokesperson Jean Farjardo is PNP's new finance chief

Police Brigadier General Jean Fajardo has been named as the new chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Directorate for Comptrollership.

According to Sam Nielsen’s report on Super Radyo dzBB on Friday, Fajardo will replace Police Major General Neil Alinsañgan, who was appointed as the head of the Eastern Mindanao Area Police Command.

They will assume their new roles on June 20.

It can be recalled that on Thursday, 27 generals and police colonels were reassigned as part of the PNP reshuffling under the leadership of PNP chief General Nicolas Torre III. –Sundy Locus/NB, GMA Integrated News
