There were no winners of the major lotto jackpot prizes drawn by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on September 22, 2025.

The prize for Grand Lotto 6/55 has reached P175,710,820.00. The winning numbers are 27-31-15-36-23-54.

No one guessed the winning combination for Megalotto 6/45 which was 45-08-39-35-26-24. A bettor would have won the jackpot of P43,568,168.00.
