UM Davao City grad tops October 2025 foresters licensure exam

A graduate of the University of Mindanao - Davao City was the top scorer in the foresters licensure examination given earlier this month.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 1,471 out of 2,054 passed the exam, given by the Board for Foresters at test centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban and Tuguegarao.

Nadzer Casan Abbas of UM Davao City achieved the highest score of 93.95%, while the top performing school with at least 50 examinees is the University of the Philippines - Los Baños, with 154 of its 156 test takers passing.

"The results of examination with respect to two (2) examinees were withheld pending final determination of
their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations," the PRC added.
