Gilbert Cruz named Office for Transportation Security administrator 

Former Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) executive director Gilbert Cruz was named administrator of the Office for Transportation Security, an agency under the Department of Transportation.

Cruz replaced Arthur Bisnar, who now serves as the Department of Public Works and Highways' regional operations undersecretary.

Cruz's appointment paper was signed on October 22, 2025.

Meanwhile, the PAOCC is being led by former Philippine National Police chief Benjamin Acorda Jr. —LDF, GMA Integrated News
