SP Tito Sotto, Robin Padilla bare SALN

Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III and Senator Robin Padilla have released copies of their latest Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN). 

Based on his SALN as of June 30, 2025, Sotto declared a net worth of P188.868 million. His assets, including real and personal properties, were at P465.604 million, while his liabilities in bank loans/ personal loans and other payables amounted to P276.736 million. 

Sotto also has business interests and financial connections with VST Production Specialists Inc. and TVJ Productions Inc.

He also declared that eight of his relatives are in government service, four of which are working in the Senate: 

• Romina Frances Sotto (daughter) - Office of Sen. Sotto III, Philippine Senate
• Gian Carlo Sotto (son) - Quezon City Vice Mayor
• Diorella Maria Sotto-Antonio (daughter) - Movie Television Review and Classification Board chairperson
• Victor Eriko Sotto (nephew) - Parañaque City district II City Councilor
• Beverly Anne Sotto (niece) - Senate of the Philippines - SPAO
• Victor Maria Regis Sotto (nephew) - Pasig City Mayor
• Katherine Anne Roxas (niece-in-law) - Office of Sen. Sotto III, Philippine Senate
• Atty. Valentin Jose Dominic Fregil (grand niece) - Office of Sen. Sotto III, Philippine Senate

Padilla, meanwhile, declared a net worth of P244.042 million in his SALN as of December 31, 2024. 

Of his assets, P143.538 million were personal properties, and P100.504 million were real properties. He had no declared liabilities. 

Padilla also has business interests in motion picture, video production, and distribution; in buying, selling, renting, leasing, and operation of dwellings; and in the retail business of his wife Mariel Padilla. 

He also noted that six of his relatives are working in the government:

• Casimero Padilla IV (half brother) - Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte Vice Mayor
• Bettina Padilla (niece) - Office of Senator Robinhood Padilla, Philippine Senate
• Don Eduardo Padilla (nephew) - Camarines Norte provincial administrator; 
• Jeroy Agustin Padilla (nephew) - Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte municipal councilor
• Rebecca Padilla (half sister) - Camarines Norte national liga board member
