SC records disposition rate of 19% for judicial cases

The Supreme Court (SC) has recorded a disposition rate of 19% for judicial cases, SC spokesperson Atty. Camille Ting said Thursday.
Meanwhile, Ting said that a disposition rate of 27% was recorded for administrative and bar matters as of September 30.
In 2024, the SC recorded a disposition rate of 22%.
Meanwhile, Ting said that the disposition rate for the Court of Appeals (CA) was recorded at 37%, 46% for the Sandiganbayan, and 20% for the Court of Tax Appeals.
Ting also said that first and second-level courts, including family courts, disposed of a total of 578,662 cases, leading to a disposition rate of 48%. — Joaha Lei Casilao/RSJ, GMA Integrated News
