VP Sara: Christmas more meaningful if blessings shared with underprivileged

As she greeted the nation a merry Christmas, Vice President Sara Duterte on Wednesday underscored the importance of sharing one’s blessings to those who are struggling in life.

In a video message posted on Christmas Eve, Duterte told the public to remember that a grateful heart is generous, loving, forgiving.

(Christmas will be more meaningful if we share God's blessings with our neighbors, especially those who are struggling in life, who are sick, orphans and homeless, victims of disasters and violence, and are experiencing neglect.)

(Hope, courage, and faith come from the beauty of our hearts, and those will guide and strengthen us as individuals, as families, and as a nation.)

Duterte also asked Filipinos to always pray for the peace and stability of the country, especially this holiday season. —AOL, GMA Integrated News
