Ex-DPWH chief Bonoan leaves PNP hospital for Sandiganbayan

Former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) secretary Manuel Bonoan was discharged from the Philippine National Police General Hospital on Tuesday afternoon.

Aboard an ambulance, Bonoan left the hospital at 1:23 p.m.
