Lino Cayetano is new PTV general manager

Former Taguig City mayor Lino Cayetano has been appointed as the new General Manager of state-run People’s Television Network (PTV).

This was confirmed by Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Secretary Dave Gomez on Wednesday.

Cayetano will be replacing Maria Lourdes Choa-Fagar as PTV general manager.

“Former Mayor Cayetano brings with him a rare wealth of experience from the media, the private and the public sector that would certainly take PTV 4 to greater heights in our ever-evolving multi-media landscape,” Gomez said.

Gomez also extended gratitude GM Fagar “for her service to the station and the nation.”—VAL, GMA News
