Dev't projects continue despite offensive in Sulu

ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines - The military's Joint Task Force Comet (JTFC) has assured the public that the offensive against Jemaah Islamiyah and Abu Sayyaf would not stop them from carrying out development projects and peace programs in the Sulu province. Major General Juancho Sabban, chief of the Sulu-based JTFC, said the implementation of the development programs is needed to clear the path for Sulu's journey to peace and progress, which terror has delayed for so long.
