MANILA, Philippines - Two people were hurt and another went missing after two fishing boats sunk off Aurora province amid typhoon "Frank," radio dzBB reported on Sunday. The report, based on initial information from the Provincial Disaster Coordinating Council, said that the incident happened in Dingalan Bay. One of the boats was named MV Princess.
