Cavite town official gunned down

MANILA, Philippines — An unidentified man gunned down the register of deeds of a town in Cavite province late Tuesday afternoon, a radio report said. Radio dzBB's Benjie Liwanag Jr. reported that police are still determining the motive behind the killing of Napoleon Gatmaitan of the register of deeds of Trece Martires City in Cavite.
