Coast Guard: Death toll from Cebu ferry collision up to 115
The death toll from the collision of a passenger ship and a cargo vessel in Cebu last month rose further to 115 Monday, the Philippine Coast Guard said.
In a post on its Twitter account, the Coast Guard said that as of 10:56 a.m., 733 had been rescued and the remains of 115 were recovered.
At least 22 are still missing and the subject of search operations, it added.

The victims were from the MV Saint Thomas Aquinas 1, which sank after colliding with the MV Sulpicio Express Siete last Aug. 16.
Last month's collision also produced an oil spill that affected Cordova town, even as the Cebu provincial government placed the entire province under a state of calamity.
On Sunday, Malacañang reiterated it continues to keep an eye on developments about the investigation.
"We continue to keep an eye on these developments,” deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte had said on government-run dzRB radio. —KG, GMA News
