Where help is needed: Visayas earthquake crisis maps


(UPDATED 11:00pm 18 OCT 2013) GMA News has compiled a map of places damaged or in need of help, based on official reports from the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) and other official and verified sources.



The epicenter of the October 16 Bohol earthquake was in the tiny town of Sagbayan, adjacent to the storied Chocolate Hills, which suffered severe gashes.
 
According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), the number of casualties rose to 156 as of 6:00 a.m. on October 17, with the following rundown of data: 156 dead, 374 injured, 22 missing, 3 rescued.
 
144 were found dead in Bohol. 188 were injured while 22 are missing. Cebu suffered 11 deaths and 182 injured individuals. One was found dead, and three were injured in Siquijor.
 
Three people were reportedly rescued from Barangay Pasil, Cebu City.
