Tornado damages 29 houses in Cebu City village

A tornado damaged some houses and caused a power outage in a village in Cebu City Tuesday.

No one was initially reported injured in the incident in Barangay Mambaling, RGMA Cebu's Orchids Lapingcao reported.

Lapingcao said several houses and electric posts were damaged in the tornado's wake.

A report by GMA Cebu's Gregy Magdadaro on "24 Oras" said 29 houses were damaged by the tornado, which struck the area past 2 p.m.
