The NDRRMC identified the fatality as Sheila Mae Sabanal, who with the two other victims failed to return home after harvesting corn at a farm in Sitio Apuya in Barangay Manalongon in Sta. Catalina town..

In a report posted on its website early Sunday, the NDRRMC said Sabanal's remains were found at about 5 p.m. Friday along the shoreline of Barangay Mabuhay.

Hours earlier, the remains of the other two victims – Danny Sabanal, 6, and Juliet Sabanal, 8 – were found along the shoreline of Barangay Manalongon.

The NDRRMC indicated the drowning incident was due to "heavy rains" in Sta. Catalina town.

Meanwhile, the NDRRMC said a fisherman was reported missing after heading for the area between Camotes Island and Bohol to fish.
