3 dead, 4 wounded in Pangasinan school shooting

Two teachers and a collector were killed, while four other teachers were injured, after a police officer went on a shooting rampage in the Pangasinan National High School campus in Lingayen town, Pangasinan Monday afternoon.

A GMA Dagupan report identified the fatalities as PNHS teachers Florenda Flores and Asidelo Sison; and collector Jonalito Urayon.

According to investigators, the shooting started when the suspect, identified as PO3 Domino Alipio, tried to force his way into the campus to collect supposed dues from the teachers.

Alipio, a member of the Anda police station, was eventually subdued and arrested by fellow officers.

Investigators said that the teachers had received threats before Monday's shooting.
