1 killed in Davao City fire

One person was killed in a fire that hit a house in Davao City Wednesday night.

 

The fire occurred at about 10 p.m. at Barangay Bago Aplaya, according to a report by GMA News' Unang Balita Thursday.

 

Citing initial information, the report said the owner was trapped inside the house and perished, though the tenants managed to get out.

 

Residents helped firefighters battle the blaze.
