Good behavior earns Cebu prison inmates overnight visits

Some inmates at the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center have been granted the privilege of overnight visits from relatives on New Year's Eve because of good behavior.

 

Jail warden Romeo Manansala granted the privilege after inmates passed an inspection for prohibited items , GMA Cebu reported Friday.

 

Visitors will be allowed at the CPDRC from 9 a.m. of Dec. 31, until 9 a.m. of Jan. 1.

 

On Christmas Eve, some 1,000 inmates were also allowed overnight visitors. — Joel Locsin/JDS, GMA News
