Police in Tacloban prepare dry run for papal motorcade
Police in Tacloban City on Wednesday held their own preparations for Pope Francis' motorcade during his visit to Leyte on Saturday.
Several police personnel and vehicles were mobilized near the city Astrodome before 8 a.m. for the dry run, radio dzBB's Carlo Mateo reported from Tacloban.
In photos tweeted by dzBB's Mateo, police were seen in uniform and in formation.

The police are preparing for holding a motorcade amid possible rainy weather, after state weather agency PAGASA warned of possible heavy rain in Leyte Saturday.
While in Leyte on Saturday, Pope Francis will lead a Mass in Tacloban City and have lunch with survivors of recent calamities in Palo town. —Joel Locsin/KG, GMA News
