Woman stabbed dead by teen sister in Iloilo

A woman was stabbed dead by her 14-year-old sister in San Joaquin town in Iloilo province, supposedly after she scolded the suspect.

The body of the 19-year-old victim was found inside her house in Sitio Tan-agan in Barangay Tiolas in San Joaquin, GMA Iloilo's Nenita Hobilla reported Wednesday.



The victim bore stab wounds in the head and hands, the report said.

Police investigation showed the 14-year-old got a scolding from her elder sister.

She is now in the custody of the Department of Social Welfare and Development in Santa Barbara. — Joel Locsin/LBG, GMA News
