8-hour power interruption in parts of Biliran Sunday

Parts of Biliran province may experience a power interruption lasting up to eight hours on Sunday, March 15.

The Biliran local government said the interruption will be from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

It said this will affect the San Roque, Biliran-Naval-Almeria-Mapuyo, and Kawayan areas.

Citing information from the Biliran Electric Cooperative, it said this is due to the installation and commissioning of the new AVR in Sitio Campongos, Bato, Biliran. — Joel Locsin/LBG, GMA News
