Fire at Zambo Sur campus causes tension among students, faculty members

A fire of still undetermined origin caused tension among students and faculty members of the Southern Mindanao Colleges in Pagadian City in Zamboanga del Sur on Friday, a television report said Saturday.

GMA's “News TV Live” also said no one was reported hurt in the incident.



An initial investigation by the Bureau of Fire Protection showed the fire started at the college's store room located on the second floor.

The BFP pegged the damage to property at P20,000.
