2 die as small airplanes crash in Malolos, Bulacan

(Update - 2:26 p.m.) Two died after two Cessna planes crashed at Ligas village in Malolos, Bulacan on Sunday, initial police reports said. Police Officer 2 Merwin Lopez of PNP-Malolos told radio dzBB that the still unidentified fatalities were a man and a woman. He said authorities received a report on the incident at about 12:55 p.m. Based on initial information quoting sources from the Air Transportation Office, dzBB said the planes were used for flight training. DzBB earlier said the planes collided before they crashed in an open field. - GMANews.TV
