EXCLUSIVE: Suspect in rape-slay of girl with autism in Bacoor, Cavite reveals how he killed the victim

The suspect in the rape and murder of an eleven-year-old girl in Bacoor, Cavite told GMA News on Wednesday what he did to molest and end the life of his victim.

 

Bacoor police arrested Rene Alico Tuesday evening.

 

In the exclusive interview with GMA News, Alico said that last Sunday afternoon, he took the victim with him and they boarded a jeepney to Barangay Molino 3. 

 

In a grassy area in Molino 3 near a dam, he pushed and pinned the girl down and raped her. "Ginahasa ko siya, Nilagyan ko muna ng tuwalya sa bibig," Alico said.

 

He said the child was yelling, so he hit her head with a huge rock to silence her. "Di ko na rin alam nangyari dahil kasi bangag ako noon at naiingayan ako sa kanya. Nakita ko yung adobe ata 'yun at hinampas ko sa ulo nang maraming beses."

 

Supt. Rommel Estolano, chief of police of Bacoor was present when GMA News interviewed Alico.

 

Investigators found pieces of rock beside the victim when the body was recovered on Tuesday afternoon. When she was found, her underwear was down, her mouth was stuffed with a cloth and she had sustained multiple wounds in the head.

 

In inquest proceedings Wednesday afternoon, police filed a rape with homicide case against Alico.

 

The suspect also underwent a mouth swab drug test.

 

"Yung hitsura nya ng mahuli namin mukhang bangag sa shabu, maputi ang dila, hindi makadura. 'Pag makita mo ang hitsura ng bata eh kundi may sira sa pagiisip ay drug addict lang ang makakagawa." the Bacoor police chief said. — ELR, GMA News
