11-month-old baby drowns in a pail of water

An 11-month-old baby in the municipality of Bayambang, Pangasinan drowned in a pail of water, a report from GMA's “24 Oras Weekend” said Saturday.



The baby's mother said she was busy with the laundy while her child was playing nearby.

She was shocked to discover her child submerged in the pail of water.

The baby was rushed to the nearest medical facility, but was declared dead on arrival. — Andrei Medina/DVM, GMA News
