Aquino declares special holiday in Ilocos Norte, Negros Occidental, Camarines Sur, Cotabato  

 

President Benigno S. Aquino III has signed proclamations declaring special non-working holidays in four cities this month.

 

Proclamation No. 1207 declared February 10 as a special holiday in the city of Laoag in Ilocos Norte in celebration of its Pamulinawen Festival and “Laoag City Day”.

 

Proclamation No. 1208 declared February 11 as a special holiday in the city of Talisay in Negros Occidental for its 16th Charter Anniversary.

 

Proclamation No. 1209 also declared February 11 as a special holiday in the city of Iriga in Camarines Sur for its Tinagba Festival.

 

Proclamation No. 1210 declared February 12 as a special holiday in the city of Kidapawan in Cotabato to mark its 18th Foundation Anniversary.
