Malls in Cagayan de Oro to host live screenings of 1st PiliPinas debate
Public viewings of the first presidential debate organized by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) will be held at malls in Cagayan de Oro City.
Through contacts of GMA Regional TV there, the following malls will have live viewings of the debate in their respective activity centers:
- Limketkai Mall
- SM Lumbia
- Ayala Centrio Mall
Locals may also watch the debate live at the city's Plaza Divisoria main downtown terminal, where a wide LED screen will be set up.

The screenings will give more locals and supporters of candidates the opportunity to catch the debate live even outside the main debate hall at Capitol University, which has 500 seats already divided among select media personnel, supporters, and staff members of candidates.
Other supporters will be accommodated inside the nearby gymnasium, which can house 2,000 people.
Aside from this, the event will be aired live over GMA-7 starting at 5 p.m.
The event will also air live in the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, USA and Canada via GMA Pinoy TV, and slightly delayed in the Asia Pacific region.
The debate will be broadcast live over radio dzBB, with other radio stations also expected to air the event live.
The online audience will also be well-served with the debate being streamed live all over the world via GMA News Online and INQUIRER.net, two of the biggest news websites in the country.
