2 HIV-AIDS patients in Palawan hospital die


Two HIV-AIDS patients at the Ospital ng Palawan have died.

A radio dzBB report said according to the Ospital ng Palawan, the two patients died because they were late in seeking treatment.

The two fatalities were among the 88 HIV cases being handled by the provincial hospital.

The Ospital ng Palawan said that its youngest HIV-AIDS patients is 16 years old and the oldest is 40.

The report of the two HIV-AIDS fatalities came days after the opening of the "Amos Tara!" Community Center in Puerto Princesa City.

The center will provide free services to HIV-AIDS patients. —ALG, GMA News
