Portion of Cadapdapan Rice Terraces in Bohol collapses

A portion of the Cadapdapan Rice Terraces in Bohol collapsed after heavy rains pounded the municipality of Candijay the past week, a report on Unang Balita on Monday said.

The damaged portion is about 100 meters long and five meters wide, and depth is from three to six meters.

No one was reported injured in the landslide, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office in Candijay said.

Residents were advised to take extra precaution and be alert especially this rainy season. —KG, GMA News
