River overflows after heavy rains, barangays flooded in Agusan del Sur

Nonstop rains in Agusan del Sur caused a river to overflow and flooding to occur in some barangays, a report on Unang Balita on Monday said.

Affected residents boarded rafts to evacuate their flooded homes.

Delivery of relief goods was made difficult due to some roads rendered unpassable.

No one was reported injured in the flooding.

The local government is concerned that more barangays may possibly be flooded if heavy rains continue. —KG, GMA News
