Dog tied to moving tricycle holds on for dear life

A tricycle driver in Naga, Camarines Sur was charged under the Animal Welfare Act for tying a dog by the neck to the back of his moving vehicle.

The animal had little to nowhere to put his legs for support, according to a Sunday report on GMA 7 news program "24 Oras Weekend".

After taking photos, a concerned citizen confronted the dog's owner and took her complaint to the Naga Mayor's Office . — Margaret Claire Layug/DVM, GMA News
