Magnitude 5.4 quake rocks Bohol

A magnitude 5.4 earthquake was reported in Bohol on Thursday morning.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the earthquake occurred at 8:43 a.m.

The quake's epicenter was located at 09.58°N, 124.11°E - 002 km S 46° E of Lila in Bohol.

The earthquake was tectonic in origin and had a depth of focus of 521 kilometers.

No damage has been reported as of posting time but aftershocks may occur. —KG, GMA News
