4,500 Aklan leaders inducted into PDP Laban

KALIBO, Aklan - Some 4, 500 political leaders all over the province of Aklan took their oath on Thursday as members of the Partido ng Demokratikong Pilipino (PDP) of President Rodrigo Duterte.

House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez, secretary general of the PDP Laban led the oath taking ceremony held at the ABL Sports Complex.

The new PDP Laban recruits includes 15 incumbent mayors from the 17 municipalities of the province, provincial board members, vice mayors, councilors and barangay officials. All of them came from the Liberal Party. — GMA News stringer Jun N. Aguirre/BAP, GMA News
