Passenger vessel hits cliff in Romblon; 33 hurt
At least 33 passengers were hurt after a Montenegro Shipping Lines Inc.'s passenger vessel hit a cliff in Calatrava, Romblon early Tuesday.
Authorities said Montenegro's M/V Maria Matilde hit the Calatrava cliff at around 5 a.m.
The ship, which came from Odiongan Port, was bound for the Romblon Port.

The Romblon Provincial Police Office said three of the passengers sustained serious injuries.
The ship's bow part was damaged due to the impact. Several glass windows also shattered.
Authorities have yet to determine the cause of the mishap.
Meanwhile, the ship was able to reach the Romblon Port at around 7 a.m.
The injured passengers were brought to a hospital. —ALG/KVD, GMA News
