Davao City govt confirms 38th fatality from NCCC mall fire

The number of fatalities in the NCCC mall fire rose to 38 after the Davao City government confirmed early Wednesday morning that Melvin Ga-a was among those killed in the blaze.

Ga-a was earlier reported to be missing.
