Silver jewelry store in Baguio loses P8M to thieves

Thieves carted away P8 million worth of silver jewelry at a jewelry shop in Baguio City, according to a report on Unang Balita on Wednesday.

Police investigation showed that the thieves bore a hole into the jewelry shop from a canal near the building.

Aside from taking the jewelry on display, the thieves also took the silver pieces kept by the store.

A security guard discovered the theft while patrolling the area.
