Leaking ‘ammonia’ gas downs nearly 80 students in Olongapo City
Nearly 80 students at a school in Olongapo City were rushed to a hospital on Tuesday for suffering nausea after inhaling what they believed was a leaking ammonia gas.
"Unang Balita" reported Wednesday morning that some 80 students from the Olongapo City National High School were hospitalized after complaining of nauseating and vomiting feeling.
According to the report, the students suspected that a leaking ammonia gas from a nearby ice plant was the cause of their sickness.
