An initial investigation showed that the fire started on the Second Floor of the building, where the charred remains of the four victims were found.
Fire investigators suspected that the victims, ages 4, 7, 9 and a grownup were trapped in the fire.
Isobredo did not disclose the names of the victims and the possible cause of the fire as a thorough investigation is ongoing. —LBG, GMA news
