Passenger bus ends up dangling over creek in Quezon

A passenger bus ended up dangling over a creek in Tiaong town, Quezon City on Sunday, but fortunately did not go over the edge.

According to a report from GMA News contributor Peewee Bacuño, the LLI bus was apparently vying for space with a van on the rain-slick road when it went over the concrete barrier of a bridge on Diversion Road in Barangay Lumingon.

In photos, the bus's right front wheel can be seen dangling in the air.

The incident happened at 11:30 in the morning. Nobody from the bus or the van was hurt.

According to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, the incident site is also an accident-prone area.
