IED discovered in Midsayap, Cotabato
An improvised explosive device (IED) was discovered in a jeepney in Midsayap, Cotabato.
Super Radyo dzBB's Benjie Liwanag reported on Dobol B sa News TV that the 90th Infantry Battalion recovered the IED at 7 a.m. inside a jeepney at a checkpoint in Barangay Polomogin.

Captain Arvin Encinas, spokesperson of the Army's 6th Infantry Division, said the IED was inside a bag left in the jeep with the license plate MWA 995.
The IED was meant to explode in a compound in Cotabato City and a supermarket in the same city.
