The bomb threat was reportedly received by the school's principal and was confirmed to dzBB by the head of Calauan Police.
An unidentified person texted the principal, Mylene Dimaculangan, at 6:30 a.m. informing her of the supposed bomb.
As a result, students who were arriving at the school for the day's classes were instead sent home to give way to a police clearing operation.
Investigation was ongoing as of posting time to determine the sender of the text message. —KBK, GMA News
