After finishing his “kodigo” for his senatorial candidates, 34-year-old Person With Disability (PWD) Ronnie De Villa practiced his shading skills using his elbow inside his home in Cabuyao town in Laguna.

Ronnie lost both his arms, hands and left leg after he accidentally got electrocuted while at work in 2008.

He says, his being “physically challenged” will not stop him from casting his vote for this year’s mid-year election, fully aware of its importance for his future and that of his three children. — BAP, GMA News
