Missing DPWH engineer found dead inside his car in Bulacan

One day after a DPWH engineer was reported missing, he was found lifeless inside his car in Baliuag, Bulacan, according to a report on GMA's Saksi.

Engineer Al Centeno was found will his shorts pulled down and his shirt lifted inside his car that was parked at the side of the road.

The police are investigating the cause of death, which is a mystery as there were no gun shot wounds, stab wounds or any indication that the victim was hit with a blunt instrument.
