Bulacan Provincial Capitol Main Building to close from Aug. 10 to 14 for disinfection


The Bulacan Provincial Capitol Main Building in Malolos, Bulacan will be closed temporarily from August 10 to 14 to give way to disinfection, according to a report on 24 Oras News Alert on Sunday.

This came after three employees tested positive for COVID-19.

The employees are already under isolation and contact tracing is being conducted.

The affected offices at the Provincial Capitol Main Building will hold office for the meantime at the Bulacan Convention Center.

As of 4 p.m. on Saturday, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Bulacan reached 1,699.

Of this number, 1,047 are active cases.

Total recoveries numbered 600, while the death toll is 52. —KG, GMA News
