DENR employee shot dead in Tacloban, Leyte

A government employee and a businessman were reported shot to death in separate incidents, according to a report on Saksi.

An employee of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) was shot about 20 times in various parts of his body in Tacloban, Leyte.

The authorities identified the victim as 52-year-old Rodolfo Concillo and are currently conducting an investigation to identify the perpetrators of the crime.

In Valencia City in Bukidnon, a businessman was shot dead outside a cockfighting pit was shot dead.

The suspect, after shooting the victim, carted away with a bag containing about P400,00 in cash. -- BAP, GMA News
