The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines clarified that the damage was not due to a tornado, but heavy rains and winds.
PAGASA earlier said Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeasterly windflow. --Ma. Angelica Garcia/NB, GMA News
