Moms of Tahanang Walang Hagdanan receive Mother's Day gifts from Kapuso Foundation

The moms of Tahanang Walang Hagdanan (TWH) received early Mother's Day presents from the GMA Kapuso Foundation.

According to a report on "24 Oras," the moms were gifted with grocery packs, kitchenware, beauty products, mamon bread, vitamins, face masks, and face shields. Free pap smear and breast examination were also available.

Lita Evangelista, who served as lady of the house for nearly 30 years, is one of the beneficiaries. Aside from taking care of her own family, she looks after TWH's 225 residents.

"I have to see all of their moves. I have to be aware of everything," said Evangelista, the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TWH.

TWH is a non-government organization in Rizal which supports Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) through educational, livelihood, mobility, and medical programs.

The Kapuso Foundation is still accepting donations through bank deposits, Cebuana Lhuiller, and Pay Maya. Vouchers can also be bought from Shopee and Zalora.
